Meant for unemployed youth, the programme envisages setting up units that conduct training and produce marketable items. The internal market of CFI and the external market tie-ups are envisaged for sale of products. Four units are being set up:

Carpentry unit- The internal market would be the civil works dept of CFI and the external market, the construction/building industry

Book binding unit- Internal market- the 12 schools under CFI Trust and the allied units; the external market- schools in network with CFI

Sanitary napkins unit. It is also part of the community health programme of CFI Trust, wherein the poor women will be motivated to use napkins to replace the unhygienic practices. The women SHGs will be the primary users. It is visualised to give the product at a cost affordable to poor women. As the sale catches up with the internal market of CFI women groups, tie-up will be established with other NGOs.
