Maternal and Child Health Project
MCH facilitation project of CFI Trust is an attempt to save the lives of mothers and children at risk of premature deaths.
The mission of the project is accomplished through a strategy by providing community resources, to address issues of malnutrition, cleanliness, child marriage and issues of obstetric and newborn care.
We promote awareness to assist sanitation and personal hygiene focusing safety of women and children.
We also closely monitor and provide community awareness to stand against social injustice such as child marriage.
Our project operates through community agents in each village/ slum. We enhance their capacity and ability through training to undertake the challenges and help them to lead activities in fulfilling the objectives of the project.
At present our project covers six slums.
