We firmly believe that stirring people from within and raising local leaders is imperative for total transformation. CFI Charitable Trust conducts Leadership Development Training with a vision to mould leaders to take active lead in developmental programs in the society.

Raising native leaders for a project is extremely important. Natives are more influential and take ownership while working on various issues. Training native people eliminates all kinds of barriers of language and culture that an 'outsider' faces.

Men and women are trained in 'Samajik Vikas Kendra', a Leadership Centre run by the Trust, to equip them for social services. They are also trained in character formation and practical skills like sewing, haircutting, first aid, soap and candle making. This makes them self-reliant, confident and innovative.
